BRICK
For those who want to be with us from the very beginning.
Let this symbolic brick inspire you to pursue your dreams too!
- A symbolic “Idea Brick”
- Invitations to private Brazzi events
The creative industries have grown, but we lack a stylish home that meets world-class studio standards. Many photography and filming studios in the city occupy older loft buildings, with no convenient parking or easy way to bring in equipment. Potholed roads, broken lifts and other logistical obstacles should not be part of everyday life for creators and their clients.
That is why we are initiating a project for bold dreamers and ambitious creative industry professionals. We invite you to help create a space that you, your team and your clients will want to return to.
Every brick builds the future. Choose yours and contribute to the construction of the new Brazzi studio. Let this brick remind you that even the biggest dreams start with small steps 🤍

2,590 sq. m – more than a photography studio: a multifunctional creative space designed to meet the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s professionals.
Creative studios, galleries, event spaces, offices and community areas will form a living ecosystem where ideas are born and have room to grow.

Floor 1 will house a filming studio of approximately 280 sq. m, with a ceiling height of 7 m. Cars or vans will be able to enter the space, with a maximum height of 3.40 m.
Next to the studio there will be 70 sq. m of preparation rooms, with a 70 sq. m mezzanine above them for the creative team.

Floor 2 will have spaces for creative projects and long-term rental, with a shared kitchen, meeting rooms, work areas and relaxation zones.
It will be a home for leaders in their fields – filming and content production companies, strategic communication agencies and social project initiators.

Floor 3 is dedicated to Brazzi Academy: modern classrooms, photography studios and a podcast studio designed for creative work and learning.
A room for residents and guests from abroad is planned on this floor, offering a place to stay.

Floor 4 will house Brazzi Studios – four spacious photography, filming and content creation studios. Here you will find cycloramas, props and all the equipment needed for professional creative work.
A comfortable makeup and relaxation area and a functional kitchenette are also planned. A cosy rooftop terrace will provide additional space for relaxing and creating outdoors.
“My husband and I invested in the new studio because we support Brazzi and the whole community. We believed in the project because of the team’s clear steps and perseverance. The building project itself is very innovative and stylish – the visuals immediately caught my interest. We met Reda in person – with that level of energy and dedication, she could build an entire city!”

“The Brazzi Studios journey shows what courage and belief in an idea mean. They are creating a story that reflects community, creativity and true dedication. It is inspiring to see how this journey has transformed people. They started with a dream, but along the way became real participants in the property development process, met many partners, learned to speak the language of the industry, discovered opportunities and moved forward with courage. It shows that even creative professionals from a completely different field can, through perseverance and a shared idea, achieve what once seemed almost impossible.”

“As soon as I stepped onto that land, I felt a special energy. That is hardly surprising: you feel it everywhere Reda and Tomas put their hands and hearts into something. Through their example, they continually embody the saying ‘the eyes are afraid, but the hands get to work’, making seemingly impossible things possible. So I feel confident about the future of this unique place and wish Brazzi Studios success, patience and endurance!”

“Buying the plot seems to me an important first step towards a new identity for this place – a beautiful meeting of historic Naujininkai, industry, the creative sectors and art. It is wonderful to see spaces like this come alive and grow. Thank you for creating this beautiful story – it is a pleasure to be part of it, with so many sincere and open people in one place!”

For four years we searched for a place to create a modern creative centre designed for the professional photography and filming industries.
Older buildings lacked functionality, while new business centres were not suited to creative production, which requires convenient access, easy equipment transport and high ceilings.
So we decided to create our own space. We chose a strategically convenient location near the city centre, airport, bus and railway stations.
Naujininkai is one of Vilnius’s fastest-changing districts, with significant infrastructure projects planned, a station district design agreement signed with Zaha Hadid, and public spaces being renewed next to the future studio.
Stylish and modern, like the finest galleries in Berlin! We believe this project will inspire everyone, not only those in the creative sector, to believe in their dreams and make them happen. We invite you to become part of this vision!
Founded in the premises of a former sewing factory, Brazzi studio has become one of Lithuania’s most prominent commercial photography spaces. Over time, it has grown into a place where creative projects take shape, talent develops and the creative community comes together.
Tomas Brazinskas is the founder of the Brazzi creative home, a photographer, lecturer and Broncolor ambassador. He currently leads Brazzi Academy, a 12-month programme developing photography students in Lithuania and abroad, and helps creators turn the work they love into a profession.
Reda Bernotaitė is a partner in the Brazzi creative home and the initiator of the new Brazzi Studios development. By observing creators at work every day and collaborating with creative industry organisations, she identified a need for a space designed for convenient, professional creative work.
