About the project
UAB „Brazzistudio", together with its main partners Kaunas University of Technology and UAB VRS WPI Vilnius, implemented a project partially funded by the EU: „Self-organisation-based business ecosystem formation: creation of a physical and virtual collaboration platform and competence development".
Objective
The objective of the project was to create and implement a business ecosystem formation model. The formation of a business ecosystem is based on the patterns and premises of a complex adaptive system, whose first prototype is a biological ecosystem (for example, a forest).
Results
After implementing the project and carrying out research and experimental development activities:
- – a theoretical model of business ecosystem formation was formulated;
- – a virtual platform was created and deployed, helping business ecosystem members discover each other (brazzi.pro) and improve their qualifications (brazzi.academy);
- – the resulting business ecosystem model is being adapted in other cities.
Funding
The project was implemented under measure No. 01.2.1-LVPA-K-856 „Eksperimentas" of Priority 1 „Promotion of research, experimental development and innovation" of the 2014–2020 European Union funds investment operational programme, project number 01.2.1-LVPA-K-856-01-0105.
The project budget was EUR 486,339.99, with EUR 360,193.87 of investment allocated from the European Regional Development Fund. Project period: August 2020 – 31 August 2023.
