Studio rental

Rental information updated on 9 October 2026.

This section sets out the studio rental terms and rules.

1. The studio rental price is the same for photo and video shoots, unless a large project is planned, in which case the studio rental estimate is agreed separately.

2. Studio rental prices include VAT.

3. Studio rental prices for events differ from the prices for photo and video shoots. Please contact the studio administration for event rental prices.

4. Cancellation is free when at least 48 hours remain before the booking starts. Cancelling between 24 hours and less than 48 hours before the start incurs 50% of the booking price. Cancelling less than 24 hours before the start incurs the full booking price.

5. Booking a studio:

  • – Choose the studio you want to book and the start time (if you'd like advice on which studio best suits your idea, or have questions while booking, get in touch);
  • – Choose the number of hours. The minimum rental time is 1 hour. To book two separate studios (e.g. 2 h in the Makeup studio and 3 h in any other studio) you need to make two separate bookings;
  • – Fill in the details required to confirm the booking;
  • – In the notes you can specify which backdrops and strobes you'll need, so we can make sure they're available during your booking - though we don't commit to setting them up in advance;
  • – Read our Privacy Policy, Data Protection information and Terms of purchase;
  • – Read the directions on how to find the studio and forward them to your client;
  • – Your booking is confirmed once you receive the second email, „Booking confirmation".

6. The studio rental price includes:

  • – A 1-hour booking includes one flash or continuous light; bookings of 2 hours or more include two flashes or continuous lights and two paper backdrops. An additional flash, light or backdrop costs €10. Set walls are included;
  • – All the props in the studio's shared space, the steamer and the flowers. Note: after the shoot, all props you used must be returned to their places. Please also return props you're not using, as other clients will likely need them. Please don't drag furniture or wooden boxes or otherwise scratch the floors - studio administrators will help move any heavier props using special trolleys.

7. Payment:

  • – The price shown at booking is preliminary - it can change if you extend the booking or need additional equipment during the shoot;
  • – Payment for the studio rental is made by bank card after the service. Cash payments are not accepted. Companies that have previously visited the studio and paid their earlier invoices may pay by bank transfer within 10 days;
  • – VAT invoices are issued for the services provided.

8. Studio rental procedure and rules:

  • – Starting: we recommend arriving no earlier than 10-15 minutes before your booking. If the studio is free before your slot and you'd like to start earlier, we'll move your booking forward;
  • – Finishing: the rental price is charged for the entire booked time (even if you finish early); before your booked time ends you must tidy the studio so it's left as you found it; overstaying or extending is charged in half-hour increments;
  • – If the studio is booked by other clients after your slot, overstaying is not possible; if it's free and you'd like to extend, let the studio administrator know as early as possible so they can offer a solution;
  • – Working in the Makeup studio: if you rent 1 (one) Makeup place, you may not put your things on the other Makeup tables and chairs; if you use more places than booked, the rental price will be recalculated; the Makeup room is for model preparation only; when booking a studio for 4 hours or more, we provide 1 Makeup place free of charge for the entire booking;
  • – Working on the rooftop terrace: stepping onto the roof covering beyond the wooden terrace decking and railing is strictly forbidden - violating this rule carries a EUR 200.00 fine; throwing litter or cigarette butts onto the terrace or roof covering is forbidden; the terrace can be very windy - protect your own and the studio's belongings from being blown away or damaged.

9. Work etiquette:

  • – The studio and animals: the studio is pet friendly and we have food and water bowls, but please don't let animals climb on the furniture with dirty paws, or scratch and damage the interior;
  • – Working with children: the studio is full of props and equipment - protect your children from injury and don't let them run around; for bored little ones we have coloured pencils and paper;
  • – Downtime at the studio: there's a lounge area with free tea, coffee and water, and free WIFI.

10. Safety:

  • – Using studio equipment: all booked equipment is set up by the studio administrator; clients may not connect equipment, change modifiers, plug/unplug cables or attempt repairs themselves; the client is liable for equipment damage caused by themselves or their clients;
  • – Occupational and fire safety: the client and guests must comply with the occupational safety, health and fire safety requirements set out in Lithuanian law; the studio is not responsible for accidents caused by non-compliance;
  • – Property: the studio is not responsible for property lost, left behind or misplaced by the client or guests.
