Visiting the BRAZZI studio for the first time?
We've prepared answers to the most frequently asked questions, so you feel at home in the studio and technical details don't distract your creative muses. Let's get acquainted!
Spaces
The studio is divided into the enclosed A space and the minimalist open D and E spaces. You'll find cycloramas in the A, D and E spaces.
You'll also find:
- – a makeup room for convenient model preparation, which must be booked separately, especially if you plan to start prepping in the morning;
- – a rooftop terrace with views of urban Vilnius;
- – an admin area and props: chairs, cubes, boxes, canvases, set walls, scissors - and if you can't find something, ask the administrator;
- – an extraordinary amount of daylight. Every studio has large, 3-metre-high windows.

*When booking any studio for 4 hours or more
Regular Studios A, D and E have the same prices. A separate price list applies to the Christmas version of Studio E.
Included in the price:
– a 1-hour booking includes one flash or continuous light;
– bookings of 2 hours or more include two flashes or continuous lights and two paper backdrops.
An additional flash, light or backdrop costs €10.
Extra hour: A, D and regular E – €30; Christmas E – €40.
Working hours
Studio working hours are 9:00 to 19:00 (closed on Mondays).
We let you in and start preparing the studio from your booked start time. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your booking.
Studio rules
Cancellation
— Cancellation is free when at least 48 hours remain before the rental starts.
— 50% of the booking price is payable when cancelling between 24 hours and less than 48 hours before the rental starts.
— The full booking price is payable when cancelling less than 24 hours before the rental starts.
Extension
Running out of time and need more? Let the administrator know in advance. If the studio is free after your slot, we will extend your booking; if it is booked, we will try to find another studio. Bookings can also be extended by half an hour.
End of the session
The session is considered finished when the studio has been vacated and completely tidied, and all borrowed props have been returned to their places.
Payment
Payment for a studio booking is made by bank card after the session. Cash payments are not accepted.
Companies that have previously rented our studio and paid their earlier invoices may pay by bank transfer within 10 days.
Lighting
You can choose your lighting on arrival, or specify the equipment you want when booking. We always set up the strobes, attach the modifiers and sync the trigger. Changing modifiers yourself is not allowed.
If you haven't worked with lighting before, don't worry - we'll advise you and help adjust the settings.
Props
The studio has over 30 different surfaces and textured walls, most of them movable. There are also over 100 different props - flowers, boxes in various colours, sofas, chairs, tables, ladders and plenty of other interior elements. Everything can be used for your work at no extra charge. Please put items back where you found them.
Please don't drag the furniture, heavier boxes or flowers - don't scratch the floors. We have trolleys, and we'll wheel over anything heavy.
Makeup space
When booking any studio for 4 hours or more, we provide one place in the Makeup studio for the entire booking free of charge.
Up to 4 Makeup workstations are available to rent. Additional places can be booked in advance or on arrival.
This room is for model preparation only. Please do all other preparation in your booked studio.
For your convenience
The studio is pet friendly. Don't leave your pet moping at home alone - you'll find a water bowl and a comfy bed for your four-legged friend in the Makeup room.
Don't work hungry. The studio has water, tea and a coffee machine - order in or bring your own lunch; the kitchenette has utensils, a fridge and a microwave.
*The studio is not responsible for lost items or accidents. Found items are kept for 1 month.
